Scrum defines only 3 roles for persons involved in development tasks. Unlike other processes, there's no architect, programer , tester, analyst, or writer. The team regroup competencies without distinct roles for each individual.

All the influencing persons on the project not directly involved are represented by the Stakeholder role.
